Feel Good Tip of the Day

After chatting to a fellow twitter and blogger of mine http://big-fashionista.blogspot.com/ I thought it would be nice just to give you all a virtual on line hug.

I know there has been many times when i just wanted something to put a smile on my face -you know, those times when you feel a little sad and down in the dumps for no reason.
